The NHS friends and family test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the services that provide your care and treatment.
We welcome all feedback as this enables us to make improvements to the services that we provide. After you have had an appointment, you will receive an SMS message to complete the survey. There are also paper copies of the form in Reception.
