Flu vaccine eligibility for 2 year olds 2025 - A notice for awareness 

Following a patient query we would like to make patients aware that children turning 2 this year but after 31/08/2025 will be called next flu season in autumn 2026.

This is the national government programme set up for invitations this year and has not been decided by us.

We as a GP practice have some discretionary flexibility with this patient group. If you personally wish for your 2 year old child who has turned 2 in sept/oct/nov/dec to have the Nasal flu vaccine please contact us.

Amber Heat-health Alert has been issued for South Yorkshire

Alert is in effect from 19 June 2025 at 12:00pm to 23 June 2025 at 09:00am

Expected heat levels for our area could reach 30 degrees
